Like most, I didn’t plan to work in advertising.

I started as a relief teacher. Then I designed creative for a 1920s-inspired bar synonymous with Batman. Somewhere between lesson plans and cocktail menus, I realised I was drawn to ideas that felt slightly off at first but clicked when you stepped back.

That instinct took me to Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and later Lazada. Along the way, I’ve made soccer balls out of scrap paper, helped a Polish airline turn language into rhythm, and shaped regional creative for one of Southeast Asia’s largest e-commerce platforms.

Outside of work, I spend my time training for marathons, obsessing over watches, and recently, admiring the small coffee bean-shaped pads under a cat’s paw.
